7th International Symposium on Intense Field, Short Wavelength Atomic and Molecular Processes

A Satellite Meeting to ICPEAC 2023

July 21-23, 2023
St. Sauveur, Québéc, Canada

Welcome

The International Symposium on Intense Field, Short Wavelength Atomic and Molecular Processes (ISWAMP) is one of several official biannual satellite conference of the International Conference on Electronic, Atomic and Photonic Collisions (ICPEAC) and in 2023 will be in its 7th instalment.

ISWAMP is designed to provide a focus for the strongly growing community of AMO scientists who are working on the interaction of atomic systems with intense laser fields extending from the UV through the Extreme-UV (EUV) and on to the X-ray region of the electromagnetic spectrum. It is also designed to provide a focus for the complementary field of high harmonic generation (HHG) and attosecond science.

ISWAMP 2023 will take place in the Manoir St. Saveur, a ski resort, which is located a 90 min (70km) drive north of the Montreal International Airport and a 2hr (180km) drive from Ottawa.

The symposium will run from Friday, July 21 to Sunday, July 23, 2023, the weekend before ICPEAC 2023.
